Please be informed our production technology is full automatic FAVA, ITALY which is, in a sense, a guarantee of the quality of the goods.You can tests our quality by cooking pasta for 12 minutes (as compare to 7 to 8 minutes, normally) then put it in refrigerator for one day. Next day, cook it again and when served you will realize that our pasta is still "al dente". Do the same with other products and see the difference! The shelf life of our pastas for both the food service sector packaging and the retail sector packaging are 2 years (3 years is optional). In brief, please be sure about the quality. 2.
